Stylish waves can be created by using a flat iron.  Here are some tips from a stylist at KIMO Salon:

1) Start with lower sections.  Use a large hairclip for securing upper sections temporarily.

2) Take one strand and wrap it around one part of the flat iron, so that we end up with a stylish curl.

3) Curl all lower part strands first, then repeat with upper.

4) Separate the locks with a thin brush handle and then loosen up by slightly running fingers throught the hair.

5) If bangs present, straighten it with the flat iron.

Now you have endless options for styling! Here are some suggestions of the KIMO stylist:
Option 1: Take a small strand right at the top of head above the bangs, twist slightly and secure with a pretty alligator clip on the side.

Option 2: Use hands to put together all upper part locks, brushing them slightly half-length only.  Style and secure in the middle with a pretty french barrette.
